Yes. The Founder Family Package is a very limited pre-sale offer available only to a small group of early customers.
Once Founder Family spots are filled, Zenibee may close the offer, modify the offer, or continue sales under different packages, pricing, delivery timing, or benefits.

Estimated Founder Family delivery is expected to begin in November to December 2026, or earlier if available. These dates are estimates based on our current production plan.

Zenibee is being developed with both current and upcoming U.S. safety requirements in mind. Before any product is delivered to customers in America, it must complete all required U.S. safety and regulatory compliance testing applicable at the time of shipment.

Yes. Zenibee may make reasonable changes to the product, components, features, materials, colors, packaging, specifications, accessories, or other details before shipment.

This is especially important where changes are needed for engineering refinement, quality improvements, manufacturing needs, supply continuity, safety, compliance, or regulatory reasons. These updates are part of the normal process of bringing a highly engineered product to market.

Yes. You may cancel your pre-sale order for a full refund before production lock, in accordance with our Pre-Sale Terms.

Because Founder Family orders include exclusive limited benefits and reserved production priority, once your order reaches production lock, it becomes non-cancelable, except as required by law or as otherwise expressly stated in the governing terms.

After delivery, you may still request a return for a full refund within 14 days of documented delivery, provided the product remains unopened, unused, uninstalled, unassembled, unregistered, and in new, resalable condition, with the original packaging and all components included.

Returns are governed separately by our Return Policy and other applicable terms.

Zenibee currently plans to provide one week’s advance notice before production lock takes effect.

Yes. Certain Founder Family benefits are governed by their own separate terms and conditions.
For example:

· Zenibee Care is subject to separate plan terms, coverage rules, exclusions, claim procedures, and limitations.
· Zenibee Second Child Promise is subject to separate program terms, eligibility rules, verification requirements, redemption conditions, program limits, and availability rules.

Your pre-sale purchase does not eliminate or replace those separate conditions.

Zenibee may require or strongly recommend that you complete product registration and any required activation or enrollment steps so we can:

· communicate important updates,
· support safety and recall communications,
· administer coverage or Founder benefits,
· verify eligibility, and
· process future claims or redemption requests.

Failure to complete any required registration or activation steps may affect your ability to use certain non-warranty Founder benefits or programs.

The Founder Family Package includes an exclusive Zenibee customized hat personalized with your baby’s name, subject to Zenibee’s personalization process, production timing, content standards, submission requirements, and other reasonable program rules.

If the required personalization information is not provided on time, Zenibee may delay, modify, or decline personalization as permitted by the applicable terms or operational requirements.

The Founder Family Package includes an exclusive Zenibee founder cap personalized with your baby’s name through hand embroidery.

After purchase, you can provide the baby’s name in the cart note or through Zenibee’s required personalization process. We aim to ship the cap within 30 days after your Founder Family Package purchase, subject to production timing and personalization requirements.

Personalization is subject to Zenibee’s content standards, submission requirements, production process, and other reasonable program rules. If the required personalization information is not provided on time, personalization may be delayed, modified, or declined as permitted by the applicable terms or operational requirements.

Any return rights after delivery are subject to the applicable terms and conditions, including the return policy and any other governing policies.

No. Zenibee Care and the limited warranty are different.

The limited warranty addresses qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under its own terms. Zenibee Care is a separate Founder benefit with its own coverage scope, exclusions, procedures, and limitations.

The Zenibee Second Child Promise is a special Founder Family benefit designed for qualifying families planning beyond baby number one.

It is subject to separate program terms, including eligibility, timing, verification, redemption conditions, product availability, and program rules. It is not an immediate second product shipment at the time of the original pre-sale purchase.

Zenibee may limit, modify, or discontinue promotional or Founder Family specific offerings to the extent permitted by the governing terms, especially for future purchases, later customers, or where necessary for operational, safety, compliance, legal, or business reasons.
