Frequently asked questions
The practical details about how Zenibee works, what is included, and what happens before and after delivery.
Zenibee is one integrated baby-mobility system designed to transform from a car seat into a stroller and wagon without a separate stroller frame. Each mode is built into the same product, helping families move from car rides to walks, errands, travel, and outdoor outings with less separate gear.
In car-seat mode, Zenibee is designed for children weighing 4–30 lb and measuring up to 32 in tall. The product weighs 22 lb.
Although wagon mode provides significantly more interior space, its final child weight, height, age, and occupancy limits may differ from those for car-seat mode. The final limits for each mode will be stated on the production labels and in the product manual. Additional space should not be treated as permission to use the product beyond those limits.
Always follow the instructions and limits for the mode being used.
Yes. The Founder Family Package includes a Latch Base for everyday vehicle installation. The carrier is also being designed for installation with a compatible vehicle seat belt when appropriate, making it more convenient for taxis and rideshares.
Final installation methods, vehicle compatibility, and seat-belt routing instructions will be confirmed in the production manual and labels. Always follow both the Zenibee instructions and the vehicle owner’s manual.
The wheels fold into their designated car-seat position along the sides of the carrier, where they are designed to contribute to Zenibee’s integrated outer protection structure.
Because outdoor wheels can collect dirt and debris, the current Founder Family Package includes Zenibee Wheel Covers to help keep that debris contained during travel. It also includes a Zenibee Car Seat Protector to help protect the vehicle seat underneath.
The wheels also have a quick-release feature for fast removal when needed. Whether Zenibee may be used in car-seat mode with the wheels removed will be governed by the final production instructions. Customers should not remove them during use unless the product manual expressly permits it.
Aircraft-seat use is part of Zenibee’s design and testing plan. We intend for the final production model to meet the FAA requirements and carry the required “certified for use in motor vehicles and aircraft” label before shipment.
The current Founder Family Package includes:
The custom Founder Family Cap and Second Child Promise were part of an earlier offer and are not included with current reservations.
A pre-sale reserves a future-production Zenibee before it becomes generally available. It is not an order for immediate shipment.
Our first-priority batch is fully reserved. Orders placed after June 16, 2026 are part of our second-priority batch and are currently estimated to ship between January and February 2027, or earlier if available.
We will provide order updates by email as production, testing, compliance, and logistics progress.
You may cancel your reservation for a full refund before production lock, subject to the Pre-Sale Purchase Terms. We currently plan to provide at least one week’s advance notice before production lock.
After production lock, cancellation may become restricted because your unit has been materially committed for production.
After delivery, an ordinary return must generally be requested within 14 days. The product must remain unopened, unused, uninstalled, unassembled, unregistered, and in new, resalable condition with all original packaging and components.
Shipping damage, defects, missing parts, warranty claims, recalls, and other legally required remedies follow separate rules. The governing terms and policies will control.
The core product and its intended car-seat, stroller, and wagon functions will remain the same. However, reasonable refinements may be made before shipment.
These may include updates to components, materials, colors, packaging, specifications, or accessories for safety, compliance, engineering, quality, manufacturability, or supply continuity. Final production labels and instructions will control.
The limited warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship. Zenibee Care is a separate six-month Founder Family service plan covering qualifying accidental handling damage and vehicle-collision crash replacement. It has separate activation requirements, service fees, exclusions, claim limits, and procedures.
Zenibee Care does not replace or extend the limited warranty.
Product registration is strongly encouraged so Zenibee can provide safety, recall, and service communications. Registration is not required for baseline limited-warranty coverage when valid proof of purchase is available.
Zenibee Care is different. The current plan requires activation within 14 days after delivery, including product registration and the other steps described in the Zenibee Care terms.
Zenibee has been developed with both U.S. requirements and European UN Regulation No. 129, also known as R129 or i-Size, in mind.
The United States is our first launch market. European availability will come later and only after the applicable European testing, certification, labeling, and market requirements have been completed.
Until that process is complete, the current U.S. model should not be described as R129-certified.
