    File through Zenibee’s designated channel with photos, videos, and an incident description.

  2. We review and classify

    Zenibee reviews your claim and classifies it as Minor Damage, Major Damage, or Crash Replacement.

  3. Pay the service fee

    $39 for minor damage, $149 for major damage or crash replacement.

  4. Return or destroy the damaged product

    Follow Zenibee’s instructions to return or complete approved destruction of the damaged item.

  5. Receive your replacement

    Your replacement component or full product is on its way. Cross-shipping may be available.

Zenibee Care is designed for real-life accidents — not everything. Here’s what falls outside the plan, so there are no surprises.

  • Manufacturing defects — covered under Zenibee Warranty.
  • Loss, theft, disappearance, or abandonment.
  • Cosmetic-only damage, including scratches, stains, fading, and wear.
  • Intentional damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Improper use contrary to product instructions or warnings.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering.
  • Commercial, rental, fleet, or institutional use.
  • Acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, or war.
  • Pre-existing damage or issues before activation.

Zenibee Care Founder Family Edition is a complimentary limited service contract included with the Founder Family Package. It provides coverage for accidental damage from handling and vehicle collision crash replacement for your Zenibee Wagonized Car Seat.

Yes. Founder Family purchasers receive 6 months of complimentary Zenibee Care, subject to activation and the plan terms.

Coverage begins after product delivery and successful activation. ADH coverage starts after a 7-day waiting period. Vehicle Collision Crash Replacement is available upon activation.

Activate within 14 days of product delivery by registering your product, confirming the serial number, linking it to your account, and maintaining a valid payment method on file for service fees.

Zenibee Care covers two categories: Accidental Damage from Handling and Vehicle Collision Crash Replacement for qualifying motor vehicle collision events.

Stop using the product after any motor vehicle collision and submit a claim. If the event qualifies, Zenibee may provide a crash replacement under the Vehicle Collision Crash Replacement benefit.

No. If a qualifying collision claim is approved, the benefit is replacement-only. Zenibee does not structurally repair crash-involved child restraint products.

Approved claims have service fees of $39 for minor damage and $149 for major damage or crash replacement.

A maximum of 1 full product replacement is allowed per coverage period, either for Major Damage ADH or Crash Replacement. Minor component claims may still be allowed at Zenibee’s discretion.

Unless Zenibee states otherwise in writing, Zenibee Care is designed for eligible products purchased, registered, delivered, and used in the United States.
