Accessibility Statement

Zenibee Digital Accessibility

Last Updated: April 18, 2026
Customer Support Email: hello@zenibee.com

Zenibee, Inc. (“Zenibee,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to making our digital content and online experiences accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including individuals with disabilities. We believe families should be able to access information about our products, services, and policies in a clear, accessible, and respectful way.

This Accessibility Statement applies to Zenibee’s U.S. landing page and other public-facing U.S. web pages that link to or display this Statement, including related product, support, legal, and checkout or reservation-related pages, to the extent operated or controlled by Zenibee.

Our Commitment

Zenibee is committed to providing a website experience that is inclusive and user-friendly for all visitors, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition software, switch controls, captions, and keyboard-only navigation.

Our goal is to design, develop, and maintain our digital content in a manner that supports accessibility and effective communication. In doing so, we look to generally recognized accessibility guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.1 Level AA, and we consider applicable U.S. accessibility principles under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”).

Accessibility Measures We Use

Zenibee takes accessibility into account as part of our website design, content publishing, and ongoing maintenance processes. Depending on the page, feature, and stage of development, our efforts may include:

  • using meaningful page structure, headings, and semantic markup;
  • providing text alternatives for meaningful non-text content where appropriate;
  • supporting keyboard navigation for core website functions;
  • seeking sufficient color contrast for text and key interface elements;
  • using descriptive labels and instructions for forms and interactive elements;
  • improving focus states and interactive usability;
  • reviewing embedded media and, where feasible, providing captions, transcripts, or alternative text-based access; and
  • testing critical user flows such as navigation, product information review, support access, and checkout or reservation-related experiences.

We also work to improve compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies and modern browsers, recognizing that accessibility may be affected by the combination of browser, device, operating system, assistive technology, and specific website content being used by a visitor.

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We continue to review our website and digital materials and to make updates designed to improve usability and accessibility over time.

Our accessibility efforts may include a combination of internal review, automated tools, manual checks, design and content updates, and remediation of issues identified through testing or user feedback. We may prioritize updates based on impact, frequency of use, legal or operational importance, and the degree to which an issue affects access to important content or functions.

Known Limitations

Although Zenibee strives to improve accessibility across our website, some content, features, or third-party integrations may not yet be fully optimized for every user or every assistive technology configuration. For example, older content, embedded third-party tools, evolving design elements, or media assets may present accessibility challenges from time to time.

We are committed to addressing accessibility barriers that are brought to our attention and to making reasonable efforts to provide accessible alternatives where immediate remediation is not possible.

Third-Party Content and Tools

Certain portions of our website may rely on third-party providers, platforms, plugins, widgets, embedded media, payment tools, analytics-related interfaces, or other external services. Zenibee does not always control the code, content, or accessibility practices of those third-party features.

Even so, we encourage our vendors and partners to support accessible digital experiences, and where feasible we seek to select, configure, or supplement third-party tools in a manner that improves accessibility. If you encounter an accessibility barrier in third-party content or functionality on our website, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you or provide an accessible alternative where available.

Alternative Access and Reasonable Assistance

If you are unable to access any content, complete a transaction, review a product description, open a document, or use any feature on our website due to an accessibility issue, Zenibee will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, item, communication, or support you need through an alternative method that is accessible to you.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include providing support by email, supplying a text-based version of certain content, or assisting with access to key information in another reasonable format.

Feedback and Contact Information

We welcome accessibility feedback and suggestions. If you experience difficulty using or accessing any part of our website, please contact us and include as much detail as possible so we can investigate and respond effectively.
