  • arrange shipping, delivery, returns, repairs, replacements, and service;

B. To Administer Product Registration, Warranty, Zenibee Care, and Second Child Promise

We may use personal information to:

  • register products;
  • confirm ownership, purchase history, and product identity;
  • administer our limited warranty;
  • activate and administer Zenibee Care;
  • evaluate, classify, and process Zenibee Care claims;
  • administer eligibility, verification, and redemption under the Zenibee Second Child Promise;
  • prevent duplicate, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized claims or redemptions; and

Important registration note: Product registration may be optional for baseline warranty coverage, but may be required for certain founder benefits or promotional programs, including Zenibee Care activation and Zenibee Second Child Promise eligibility, as described in the applicable companion terms.

For clarity:

  • baseline limited warranty coverage is generally not conditioned on product registration if valid proof of purchase is provided and the other warranty terms are satisfied;
  • Zenibee Care may require post-delivery registration, serial-number confirmation, account linkage, delivery-condition verification, and other activation steps within the applicable activation period stated in the Zenibee Care terms; and

  • verify eligibility and identity;
  • support product safety review, quality analysis, and recall effectiveness;
  • enforce our agreements and policies;
  • comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, reporting, and product-safety obligations; and
  • protect the rights, safety, property, and security of Zenibee, our customers, and others.

F. For Corporate Transactions

We may use and disclose personal information in connection with an actual or contemplated merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.

6. NOTICE AT COLLECTION AND DATA MINIMIZATION

At or before the point where we collect personal information, we may provide additional short-form notices describing:

  • the categories of personal information being collected;
  • the purposes for which the information is being collected and used; and

These notices may appear on pre-sale forms, reservation forms, waitlists, checkout pages, product registration pages, warranty claim forms, Zenibee Care activation or claim forms, Second Child Promise registration or redemption forms, or other collection points.

Where verification is required for founder benefits, warranty administration, Zenibee Care, or the Zenibee Second Child Promise, Zenibee may request only the information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility, administer the benefit or claim, support safety review, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

7. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information automatically and support website functionality, analytics, and advertising.

These technologies may be used to:

  • keep the website functioning properly;
  • remember preferences;
  • support cart and checkout features;
  • measure website traffic and performance;
  • understand ad and campaign effectiveness;
  • build audiences;
  • support retargeting and interest-based advertising; and
  • improve user experience and site operations.

For example, we may use tools or services offered by or through providers such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify, and similar vendors for analytics, campaign measurement, attribution, audience building, and advertising-related purposes.

Depending on the tool and applicable law, these technologies may involve the disclosure of online identifiers, device data, browsing activity, or similar information to our partners for analytics, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your choices regarding these technologies are described in this Privacy Policy, our Cookie Notice, our Cookie Settings / Your Privacy Choices tool, and our California / U.S. State Privacy Rights Addendum below.

8. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

A. Service Providers and Processors

We may disclose personal information to service providers and processors that perform services for us, such as:

  • website hosting and infrastructure providers;
  • ecommerce and checkout providers;
  • payment processors;
  • shipping, logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment providers;
  • customer support and communications vendors;
  • analytics providers;
  • advertising and marketing vendors;
  • product registration and service vendors;
  • software and cloud-service providers;
  • fraud prevention, identity verification, and security vendors; and
  • professional service vendors that support warranty, claims, service, or program administration.

B. Advertising, Analytics, and Social-Media Partners

We may disclose certain identifiers, browsing data, device data, and related online activity to analytics, advertising, and social-media partners in connection with cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

C. Professional Advisors

We may disclose personal information to lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, financing sources, and other professional advisors where reasonably necessary.

D. Government Authorities and Law Enforcement

We may disclose personal information when required by law or when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect safety, prevent fraud, or protect rights and property.

E. Corporate Transaction Counterparties

We may disclose personal information in connection with a merger, financing, asset sale, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.

F. At Your Direction or with Your Consent

We may disclose personal information where you direct us to do so or consent to the disclosure.

9. SALE, SHARING, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING

Zenibee does not sell personal information for money in the ordinary sense of that term.

However, because we use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for analytics and advertising, some privacy laws may treat certain disclosures of identifiers, device data, browsing activity, or similar information as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising.”

Where required by applicable law, you may opt out of:

  • the sale of personal information;
  • the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and/or
  • the processing of personal information for targeted advertising,

by using:

  • our Cookie Settings / Your Privacy Choices tool;
  • any Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link we provide; and/or
  • browser-based opt-out preference signals we are required to honor, such as Global Privacy Control, where applicable.

These choices may be browser- and device-specific. If you change browsers, change devices, or clear cookies, you may need to renew your preferences.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16.

10. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email.

If Zenibee offers SMS marketing, you may opt out by following the instructions in the message.

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send non-marketing communications, such as:

  • transaction records;
  • shipping updates;
  • service or support communications;
  • warranty communications;
  • Zenibee Care activation or claim communications;
  • Second Child Promise communications;
  • safety notices;
  • recall communications; and
  • legal or account-related notices.

11. PRODUCT REGISTRATION, WARRANTY, ZENIBEE CARE, AND SECOND CHILD PROMISE

Zenibee may offer product registration tools, including an online portal, QR code, website registration pathway, physical registration card, or similar method, to support ownership verification, service communications, safety notices, and recall effectiveness.

Registration helps Zenibee contact you more effectively if a recall, safety notice, product update, warranty communication, or service communication becomes necessary.

However, registration does not itself create any additional warranty period, extension, perk, or separate warranty benefit unless Zenibee expressly states otherwise in a separate written document.

Where you enroll in or use founder benefits or companion programs:

  • Zenibee Care is separate from the Zenibee Limited Warranty and may require activation, product registration, account linkage, serial-number confirmation, product-condition verification, and other steps described in the applicable terms;
  • Zenibee Second Child Promise is separate from the Zenibee Limited Warranty and Zenibee Care and may require timely registration, account linkage, proof of eligibility, and other verification steps described in the applicable terms; and
  • the specific requirements, deadlines, and consequences for failure to complete registration or verification are governed by the applicable companion terms in effect at the time.

Please avoid uploading photographs, videos, documents, or other materials containing unnecessary personal information, especially unnecessary information about children, unless such materials are specifically requested and reasonably necessary for the applicable process.

12. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

  • provide the Services;
  • complete transactions;
  • fulfill reservations and pre-sale orders;
  • maintain order, shipping, and fulfillment records;
  • administer product registration;
  • administer warranty claims;
  • administer Zenibee Care activation, service, claims, fees, returns, inspections, and replacements;
  • administer Zenibee Second Child Promise registration, eligibility review, verification, and redemption;
  • maintain recall and safety communication records;
  • support fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and security;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, reporting, and product-safety obligations;
  • resolve disputes; and
  • enforce agreements and policies.

Because some founder benefits and promotional programs may involve long-tail verification or redemption windows, Zenibee may retain related records for extended periods where reasonably necessary to administer those programs, verify eligibility, defend against fraud or abuse, support safety communications, resolve disputes, or comply with law.

Retention periods may vary depending on:

  • the nature of the information;
  • the purpose for which it was collected;
  • whether it relates to orders, claims, safety, or compliance;
  • whether it is needed to administer a current or future benefit or redemption;
  • whether it is needed for dispute resolution or legal defense; and
  • whether law requires or permits longer retention.

13. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.

However, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for using appropriate precautions when interacting with online services and for keeping your contact and account information current and secure.

14. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND INTERNATIONAL ACCESS

Zenibee’s pre-sale website is intended for the United States.

In addition, certain Zenibee programs, products, services, registrations, claims, or redemptions may be limited to products or purchases that are:

  • purchased in the United States;
  • delivered in the United States;
  • registered in the United States;
  • used or claimed in the United States; and/or
  • redeemed in the United States,

as described in the applicable companion terms.

Zenibee may deny, restrict, or modify the availability or administration of warranty service, Zenibee Care benefits, Second Child Promise benefits, or related support where international shipping addresses, unsupported territories, cross-border relocation, customs restrictions, sanctions, legal restrictions, or operational conditions prevent lawful or practical administration.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

15. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Services are intended for adults, including parents and caregivers, and are not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Services. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization where required, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as appropriate.

If you believe we may have collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us at hello@zenibee.com.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, apps, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third parties. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

17. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the “Last Updated” date above. If required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice.

Mail: Zenibee Inc., 100 N Howard St. #7069, Spokane, WA 99201

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where permitted by law. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and, where permitted, additional verification from you.

5. OPT-OUT OF SALE, SHARING, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING

To opt out of sale, sharing, and/or targeted advertising through cookies and similar technologies, use:

  • our Cookie Settings / Your Privacy Choices tool; and/or
  • any Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link we provide.

Where required by applicable law, Zenibee will also recognize browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for the browser or device from which the signal is sent.

Please note:

  • opt-out preferences may be browser- and device-specific;
